Laura Robinson is a full time carer for her wonderful mother and lives in the beautiful East Yorkshire countryside with her family, two huskies, one boxador, two cats, six guinea pigs and over thirty plants. In her spare time Laura enjoys countryside hikes with the dogs, reading and gaming.
Having been an avid reader all her life, Laura started writing full length stories by the age of sixteen and hasn't stopped since. Ancient cultures, mythologies and magical stories have always been the biggest inspirations for her works, primarily writing fantasy and delving into the darker side of fantasy, too.
Oracle of the Sun is her debut novel inspired by ancient Egypt. It has been five years in the making and will be released on the 22nd September 2023. She is currently working on book two in the series, Curse of the Pharaoh, more updates to come!
